Make This: BACARDÍ’s Perfect Punch
On Friday, we capped off the summer by celebrating National Punch Day—an ode to one of our favourite rum-based cocktails. Keep the celebrations going with this fruity, easy-to-make punch recipe from BACARDÍ.
The Perfect Punch
- 1.5 parts Bacardi Superior
- 5 parts Benedictine
- 1 part pineapple juice
- .5 parts honey syrup (2 parts honey mixed with 1 part hot water)
- .75 parts lemon juice juice
- Top with Wheat beer
Method: Build all ingredients except for the beer in a single glass or for a larger serve, in a punch bowl. Add ice and stir well to mix and chill the cocktail. Top with Wheat beer and more ice if necessary. Garnish with fresh orange slices and freshly grated nutmeg.
