Peas and mint are a common pairing, but don’t stop there. Try adding finely chopped mint leaves as you cook carrots, potatoes, eggplant, beans, or corn, or try making this couscous with shrimp and mint recipe.
2. Try A New Kind Of Pancakes
Try making minty zucchini-feta pancakes. Here’s how:
