250 ml frozen cantaloupe
120 ml orange or carrot juice
120 ml apricot nectar
120 ml frozen mango slices
80 ml chopped red bell pepper
- Combine frozen cantaloupe, orange or carrot juice, and apricot nectar in a blender.
- Add frozen mango slices and chopped red bell pepper. Blend until smooth.
For maximum enjoyment, serve smoothies in frosted glasses: Dip glasses in cool water, then place them in the freezer for five minutes. Use immediately.
