Cleansing Watermelon Ginger Celery Shooters

- 1-1/2 cups watermelon seedless and diced
- 1/2 cup celery diced
- 1 tsp apple-cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp fresh ginger grated
- Place the celery, ginger and vinegar in a blender and purée for 30 seconds.
- Add the watermelon and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
