In the mood for a dry style gin with hints of juniper and citrus? If there was a drink that could evoke waves lapping on granite shores, this refreshing cocktail from Georgian Bay might be it.

- 2 oz Georgian Bay Gin
- 2 tbsp Demerara sugar
- 2 tbsp grapefruit juice
- 5 sprigs fresh mint
- Dissolve the sugar in the juice by swirling the mixing glass like a sommelier would a nice Barolo, then add all other ingredients with a half cup of ice and shake until you can no longer shake.
- Strain all contents directly into a rocks (beginner) or collins glass (expert). Garnish with berries from the Farmer's Market.
