Lemon Garlic Potatoes
Here’s a delicious (and simple) recipe for roasted potatoes with garlic and lemon that requires very little prep time.

- 4 lbs potatoes small
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- 2 heads garlic crushed
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 sprig rosemary cut
- Cut potatoes into halves. Place in roasting pan with butter, lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 425 F for 40 minutes, turning twice. Add rosemary 20 minutes before finish.
