Maple Cranberry Sauce
A delicious, Canadian twist on your traditional cranberry sauce.
- In a medium saucepan, bring to a boil cranberries, orange zest and juice, maple syrup, cinnamon and ginger.
- Simmer on medium heat, uncovered, until tender, 8–10 minutes.
- Mash roughly with the back of a wooden spoon. Remove sauce from heat and allow to cool and thicken.
