1 medium-size cantaloupe (about 750 g/1-1/2 lbs), halved, seeded, sliced 5 mm (1/4 in) thick, and peeled
2 medium-size navel oranges, peeled and cut into 1 cm (1/2 in) cubes
2 medium-size bananas, peeled, sliced, and sprinkled with 10 mL (2 tsp) lemon juice to prevent darkening
250 mL (1 cup) sliced strawberries
250 mL (1 cup) seedless green grapes
175 mL (3/4 cup) plain low-fat yogurt
75 mL (1/3 cup) orange juice
15 mL (1 tbsp) honey
7 mL (1-1/2 tsp) grated orange rind
15 mL (1 tbsp) minced fresh mint (optional)
Arrange the cantaloupe, oranges, bananas, strawberries, and grapes attractively on a large platter. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, orange juice, honey, orange rind, and if you like, the mint. Transfer to a small pitcher and chill until ready to serve. At serving time, pass the dressing separately.
Makes 4 servings.
