- 3 large pomegranates
- 2 cups seltzer
- 1 cup dark rum
- 1 cup grenadine syrup
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- Cut pomegranates in half. Using a manual juicer, squeeze enough juice to make 3 cups. (Can be made up to 1 day ahead to this point. Cover and refrigerate juice).
- Combine pomegranate juice, rum, grenadine syrup, and lime juice in a large pitcher. Fill glasses with ice and about 1/2 cup of juices. Top with seltzer.
