600g (20 oz) fresh asparagus, peeled
45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
45 ml (3 tbsp) water
75 ml (⅓ cup) pine nuts
- In a large skillet, place the asparagus, oil and water. Season with salt and pepper and cook until the water has completely evaporated, shaking the pan from time to time.
- Add the pine nuts and continue cooking until browned.
