Energy-Boosting Vegan Wild Blueberry Smoothie

- 1 cup wild blueberries frozen
- 1/2 cup strawberries frozen
- 1/2 banana frozen
- 1/2 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/3 cup silken tofu
- 1/4 cup raw walnuts
- 1 tsp hemp seeds
- 1-2 Medjool dates pitted
- 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Divide into glasses. Garnish with frozen wild blueberries and hemp seeds if desired.
